It is very important to keep your scalp or hair clean. Dirt and sweat on the scalp are one of the causes of dandruff. Dandruff is more common in those who go out regularly. So, you can cover your hair before going out. Moreover, you must clean your hair using a quality shampoo after returning home.

Hot Oil Massage:
Oil is one of the most important hair care products in every season. However, the use of oil is a little more important in winter. Because the dry weather of winter absorbs moisture from nature. As a result, there is a deficiency of natural oil in the hair. Therefore, to retain moisture in the hair, pure coconut oil can be heated and massaged before shampooing.

However, to get good results, you should massage the oil at night and shampoo in the morning

Hair Mask:
To keep your hair shiny and moisturized in winter, you can use a hair mask once a week. In this case, mix natural aloe vera gel and coconut oil together according to the hair measurement and apply it to clean hair. Wait for 30 minutes and wash it thoroughly. You can also mix a cup of sour yogurt with 2 teaspoons of honey and apply it from the roots to the ends of the hair and shampoo after 40 minutes.

Using Conditioner:
To prevent hair breakage in winter and keep your hair silky, there is no alternative to using conditioner after shampooing every time. However, conditioner cannot be applied to the scalp. This can cause hair loss problems. Apply conditioner to the ends of wet hair and wait for 1 to 5 minutes. Then wash it thoroughly with normal temperature water.

Do not use hot water on your hair:
During the cold season, we mainly like to bathe in hot water. However, we should not make the mistake of using hot water on our head. Because using excessively hot water can damage the hair. Moreover, problems like hair fall can also occur.

Drink more water:
During the cold weather of winter season, we forget to drink enough water. Due to which the body becomes dehydrated and hair fall problem occurs. Therefore, we must drink enough water every day even in this cold season.
