From now on, WhatsApp users can directly use OpenAI’s chatbot ChatGPT.

The feature has been launched since Thursday (December 19), according to technology website Engadget.

To use ChatGPT via WhatsApp, simply add 1 (800) ChatGPT or 1 (800) 242-8487 to your phone’s contacts. Then, you can talk to ChatGPT directly from Meta’s popular messaging app WhatsApp.

However, this feature only provides ChatGPT’s text input facility. The advanced voice mode or visual input feature is not included here. However, all the features of ChatGPT’s Zero One Mini model can be used through this feature.

ChatGPT’s chatbot can also be used from WhatsApp, where it has an account. OpenAI is working on a new way to authenticate users through WhatsApp. However, the company has not mentioned a specific time when the feature will be available to everyone.

Engadget also reported that OpenAI has launched a ChatGPT hotline for the United States only. That number is also 1 (800) ChatGPT. It can also be used on smartphones or old flip phones.

OpenAI’s Chief Product Officer Kevin Weil said, “We’re just starting to bring OpenAI to everyone.” He made this comment during the recent ’12 Days of OpenAI’ livestream.

Weil also said that these features were created since the company’s Hack Week event. This new feature of ChatGPT is being considered a major advancement for tech enthusiasts.
